Return Policy 

You have 30 days starting from the delivery date to initiate returns for your purchased items. The return process requires customers to send back unused items in their original state with complete packaging and tags. Our client support team provides simple return procedures for customers who need assistance with their returns.

Refund 

Refund is processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Return Costs 

The customer must pay the actual cost of return shipping when they want to return items due to customer remorse. The customer bears responsibility for shipping costs when they return items because of incorrect purchases or sizing issues or when they decide to return the item. The customer must bear all expenses related to shipping their returned item since shipping costs remain non-refundable.

In case of damaged or incorrect items we will cover the return costs.

How to Return an Item?

You can initiate a return by sending an email to support@meloajewelry.com with your order details and explanation for the return.

Securely place the item back into its original packaging while maintaining all original accessories and tags and documents.

Follow the return email instructions to deliver your package to the nearest shipping carrier location.

Refund to original payment method takes 7 business days but depends on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange requirements.

Your refund will be processed after the inspection process is complete. Our team will check your returned item after receiving it to check if it meets the requirements. You can exchange your item for a different size or color or product choice. No problem! Our team will assist you through a fast and simple exchange process for your item.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned because of hygiene and safety concerns although these items will show non-returnable status in their product descriptions.
